Rowley Training Center with turnkey, temporary facilities that expand and sustain its law enforcement training capabilities. The Contractor shall furnish, install, maintain, and remove a climate-controlled temporary fitness facility supporting strength, cardiovascular, and functional conditioning; an adjacent temporary shoot house facility; and accessible restroom and shower trailers. The project includes all required site preparation, utilities, power generation and distribution, lighting, life-safety systems, equipment options, and post-removal site restoration necessary to deliver safe, functional, and fully supported temporary training environments in accordance with Government-approved plans. |
