| Description: This solicitation is for Off-Center Lodging when FLETC Glynco Dormitories are at full capacity. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, and supervision, for a hotel/motel room for the length of stay indicated on orders. All hotels/motels must meet certain specifications that are but not limited to: inside room entry doors only and be within 40 driving miles from the front gate of FLETC, Glynco, GA. Contractor shall ensure Front Desk Clerk is available on a 24-hour basis to include Federal holidays and weekends in order to assist in resolving student issues regarding the quality of assigned rooms. Contractor shall ensure that the Front Desk Clerk maintains a daily log of FLETC student complaints. |
