| Requirements Title: Healthcare and Safety Information Technology Services |
| Description: The Contractor shall provide a broad range of information technology (IT) services and solutions to support the Government’s mission requirements. Services, in general, include but are not limited to: (1) health sciences and healthcare/safety IT support; (2) IT operations and maintenance to include to support the operation and maintenance of health/safety of IT systems, keeping IT systems viable with supported vendor releases or off-the-shelf applications software upgrades.; (3) federated and non-federated integration services with other government agencies to include systems engineering, enterprise integration, data migration, architecture, testing, and business-process reengineering; (4) digital-government capabilities, including data analytics, web services, records and knowledge management, accessibility, and digital collaboration; and (5) enterprise resource planning and business-systems modernization. The BPA shall support task orders for advisory and assistance services, technical and operational support, lifecycle management, modernization, implementation, training, and sustainment, as further defined in individual performance work statements. This scope is intended to be broad-range and flexible in the various task areas while allowing the Government to tailor requirements, performance standards, deliverables, specific requirements, and ordering procedures at the call or task-order level. |
