| Description: The scope of this requirement is to provide services supporting the sustainment, enhancement, and modernization of the Trio Financial Systems Modernization Solution (Trio FSMS), which provides financial management, procurement and contract writing, and asset management/valuation capabilities to DHS Components.
Services under this task order include program management, system life cycle management, training, testing and quality control, configuration management, interface sustainment, and technical support necessary to maintain and improve Trio FSMS throughout the life of the task order.
The Contractor shall support mandated and approved system changes, new capabilities, technological maturation, and integration with internal and external feeder systems, including financial, procurement, travel, payroll, Treasury, asset management, and Component-specific systems.
The Contractor shall also provide software engineering, system management, documentation, cost benefit analysis, IT service management, governance, help desk support, user experience support, and engineering life cycle support to ensure Trio FSMS meets DHS operational, audit, security, availability, cost, schedule, and performance requirements. |
