| Description: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operations Support Facilities (OSF), Project Delivery Branch (PDB) is seeking a Design Build (DB) Contractor to provide design and construction services of the new 300-agent and personnel Border Patrol Station
(BPS) located in Casa Grande, Arizona in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The new BPS
is being awarded as an independent DB construction task order. The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) requirement is to finalize, and site adapt the provided bridging design documents in Compliance Documents
(CD) in SOW Section 9 and construct the support space, and other mission-supporting infrastructure.
