Sites are located at 227 South Oakwood, Novato, CA; 525 Mesa Blvd in Bolinas, CA; and 17000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd in Inverness, CA. One site, located in Novato is a multi family housing development consisting of apartments and single family homes as well as duplexes. Grounds Maintenance is the vast majority of the contract; the janitorial portion is to ensure that 5-8 offices and spaces receive light to moderate janitorial services appropriate for an office environment of one working shift per day and night use by 0-1 security personnel. |
