Scope of Services include Operations and Maintenance (O&M): Provide comprehensive support for system lifecycle activities, including development, modernization, staging, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, Technical and Engineering Support: Deliver engineering services, project management, field assessments, site surveys, and spectrum management to optimize system performance and reliability. Furthermore, Subscriber Equipment Support: Facilitate mobile radio installation, device/system updates, shipping, delivery, and asset management to ensure operational readiness.
