| Description: *** 5/19/2026: USCIS anticipates releasing a solicitation on NASA SEWP V set-aside to small business and anticipates solicitation release in early June. This requirement will be competed without any brand-name specifications.*** USCIS anticipate a requirement for a commercial software solution for document authentication and identity verification service. These services are essential for maintaining program integrity, supporting federal operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Historically, many USCIS processes have relied on manual, in-person document review, which can present operational challenges and limit access and flexibility, especially for remote or distributed users. More specifically, the solution will capture high quality images of identity and work authorization documents, apply Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) and face match checks, use template and barcode/MRZ based authentication, and extract structured data via Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for use in USCIS-controlled microservices. All processing will occur within USCIS or approved Department of Homeland Security (DHS) environments, in compliance with DHS security and privacy requirements. | |
