| Description: Our IRWA with USDA is not being renewed and the current contract is expiring on May 31, 2026.
The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) program is in need of a 1-year contract for Cotality/Corelogic services that includes the following:
• Geospatial webservices to geocode the locations of structures.
• Physical Address based on the geocode result or physical address based on a latitude and longitude.
• Replacement cost values/estimations for residential and commercial properties as a webservice.
• Replacement Cost Value Index Factors by county.
• Structural first floor height as a webservice.
• Structural ground elevation as a webservice.
Due to the short time frame we would like to use the current source until we can come up with a new solution next year. |
