| Requirement | The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking to procure a renewal and expansion of Databricks licenses and supporting services to continue operation of the DHS enterprise data lakehouse and Data Intelligence Platform. DHS data, cloud, and AI modernization efforts — including high-impact programs at DHS Headquarters and Components — require a robust, scalable lakehouse to create an enterprise Data Fabric, host analytical data, power advanced analytics, and support secure inter- and intra-agency data sharing. The Databricks platform currently serves as this foundation, enabling mission-critical analytics, reporting, and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the Department, and is populated through multiple data layers to support diverse analytical and operational needs across more than 6 components today including, CBP, USCIS, FEMA, ICE, HQ and USCG. | DHS is establishing a department-wide Data Fabrics Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure and implement Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) unified analytics platforms that support the full data analytics and machine learning lifecycle. By consolidating requirements and streamlining procurement, DHS aims to foster an innovative data ecosystem that enhances operational effectiveness and supports rapid adoption of advanced technologies. | April 13, 2026 |
