| Description: The objective of this contract is for the provision, operation and management of the transportation and protection of detainees for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Services will be for the Baltimore (BAL), New York (NYC), Newark (NEW) and Boston (BOS) Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and surrounding areas including all of New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, and, in some cases, as far as North Carolina, and Georgia.
The Contractor shall provide all transportation services required to transport detainees securely to locations as directed by the designated ICE official in accordance with current and any future revisions to the National Detention Standards (NDS) 2025, ICE Family Residential Standards, and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The Contractor shall provide, operate, manage, and maintain a uniformed transportation officer staff, 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, year-round, for the transportation and guard services of detainees under the responsibility of DHS/ICE-ERO. |
