| Description: The CBP Housing Program requires contract support to assist the Government with the management of the CBP Housing Portfolio. The specific support activities shall include administrative support, general housing support, groundskeeping, preventive and corrective maintenance. The work under this requirement may be performed at CBP Husing units located in Presidio, TX and Big Bend, TX; Piegan, MT, Sweetgrass, MT, and Del Bonita, MT.
To meet the task requirements, the Contractor shall have the requisite training, certifications, skills and abilities to perform the duties outlined in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall meet state requirements to perform preventive and corrective maintenance listed under this this requirement. All maintenance activities shall follow manufacturer suggested schedules and maintenance procedures.
