Requirements Title: Policy Execution, Analytics, & Automation Support
Description: The vendor shall provide support across six integrated sole-source bridge task order areas: 1. Administration Alignment: Aligning departmental initiatives with Administration priorities through strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement. 2. Data Analytics: Leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making and long-term strategic initiatives. 3. Process Improvement: Streamlining internal workflows and decision-making processes to improve transparency, accountability, and performance tracking. 4. Automation: Reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy through the design and deployment of automated workflows and reporting tools. 5. Content Development: Delivering high-quality, mission-aligned communications and maintaining internal platforms such as the PLCY Intranet. 6. Executive Secretariat (ExecSec) Support: Enhancing the quality, timeliness, and coordination of executive correspondence and taskings across DHS leadership and components. The contractor must possess in-depth knowledge of the current Administration’s platform, policies, and priorities, as well as the agenda and goals of the current Office of the Secretary of Homeland Security. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in the DHS mission areas of immigration enforcement and detention, border security, counterterrorism, and trade and international affairs. The contractor must demonstrate an established track record of implementing Trump administration policies.
