| Description: The contractor shall provide the CISA Emergency Communications Division (ECD) with support and sustain priority emergency telecommunications services for the Department of Homeland Security, specifically the Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) and Wireless Priority Service (WPS). The contractor will provide project management, maintain and negotiate carrier service agreements, conduct regular testing and validation of service performance, and deliver ongoing operational support. Activities include engineering, reporting, compliance with security and technical standards, and coordination with service providers to ensure reliable, secure, and interoperable communications for authorized National Security and Emergency Preparedness users under all network conditions. Work will be performed at the contractor’s site. |
