| Description: The purpose of the procurement is to purchase software development, implementation, and support services to maintain and enhance the existing GIS system and associated infrastructure. The support services shall include development, design, evaluation, and deployment of GIS capabilities. The United States Secret Service’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has implemented a Geographic Information System and requires onsite technical support services to design, develop, configure, and implement web-enabled GIS applications in multiple environments: external facing (DMZ), internal (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod,). Activities within scope include data processing and geo-enabling legacy enterprise databases, building mobile workflows and applications, producing strategic and tactical products, and building an incident management workflow in support of mission operations and special events, as well as the monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade of the ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure. |
