| Description: The ICE Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) requires contractor support for conducting: 1) Office of Detention Oversight (ODO) compliance inspections of designated detention facilities throughout the United States to determine facility compliance with the ICE National Detention Standards, Performance-Based National Detention Standards, and Family Residential Standards; 2) External Reviews and Analysis Unit (ERAU) Detainee Death Reviews that are focused, fact-finding, objective investigations of the circumstances surrounding the death of the detainee held in ICE custody; and, 3) as needed designated analytical activities. The Contractor will provide expert operational, analytical, and administrative support for ODO and ERAU inspections, reviews, and special assignments. |
