Description: This procurement covers Tactical Communication Engineering, Maintenance, and Support Services. These services are essential for ICE's mission and responsibilities, including protecting critical infrastructure. A reliable and secure tactical wireless communications program is crucial for ICE's effectiveness. It ensures continuous access to important information like intelligence, logistics, investigative reports, assignments, and administrative support. Procure a follow-on re-compete contract to ensures seamless and uninterrupted support for ICE's Tactical Communications systems before the expiration of the current contract expiring on March 14,2026. Scope of Services: •Operations and Maintenance (O&M): Provide comprehensive support for system lifecycle activities, including development, modernization, staging, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. •Technical and Engineering Support: Deliver engineering services, project management, field assessments, site surveys, and spectrum management to optimize system performance and reliability. •Subscriber Equipment Support: Facilitate mobile radio installation, device/system updates, shipping, delivery, and asset management to ensure operational readiness. •Training and Interoperability: Enhance interoperability and provide training to federal, state, local, and Tribal agencies to improve coordination and communication capabilities. This will be a hybrid contract of Firm-Fixed-Price and Time and Materials(*Contract type).
