The contractor will provide a skilled and appropriately staffed team to support organizational processes, ensuring effective internal controls, management oversight, and technical assistance for Systems Technology and TECS Support (STATS). Their responsibilities include delivering comprehensive operation and maintenance support for PSPD mission applications, addressing account and hardware maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving enterprise-level configuration issues related to hardware, software, firmware, and applications. The team will assist PSPD during requirement gathering, development, and deployment phases, as well as manage audits under government oversight. Additionally, CBP seeks to enhance operational efficiency by leveraging engineering improvements and advanced tools such as RPA, Power BI, and Power Automate to provide timely and effective services to CBP officers, support staff, and systems critical to achieving its mission.
