Requirements Title: Human Performance Initiative Program - Physical Training, Health and Nutritional Recovery
Description: 1 UPDATE: Change to Not a Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide services for a training Human Performance Initiative Program. The vendor will continue the current validation study of current human performance, strength and conditioning, mental health, injury prevention and wellness programs currently provided to a cross section of new United States Secret Service employees, in the National Capital Region and accompanying Basic Training facilities, to include Special Agents, Uniformed Division Officers, and Administrative, Professional and Technical personnel. The vendor will manage the program in conjunction with Secret Service staff. Additionally, the vendor will continue the current Readiness Assessment on a cross section of Special Agents and Officers/Technicians and staff in the Washington, DC area to include data collection, interviews, and hands on assessment, as needed, in order to update the current customized plan for optimizing and sustaining high levels of performance and resiliency. Assessment topics will include Stress, Resiliency, Nutrition, Strength, and Conditioning as well as Sleep, as a minimum. This requirement will require a program manager, Mental Performance Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Athletic Trainer, and the offering of Training and Education Workshop Days throughout the year.
