Requirements Title: 19899285: Repair Emergency Access Road at Sector Columbia River Housing
Description: Currently the emergency access road cannot be used for emergency response vehicles and in order to minimize the potential of more significant damage, the City isolated (turned off) the section of water line in the slide area. While this will reduce the risk of the water line breaking and contributing to the slide activity, it does have the downside of reducing flow to the Culp Court neighborhood and eliminates the redundancy that a looped system provides (the looped system was a requirement of the original construction of Culp Court housing. Current water pressure at the highest point of Culp Court was measured at 63 PSI.
