| Description: The floors of both Hanger 1 and hanger 2 are settling due to void spaces underneath and the effects of seismic activity. The all utilities that span from Southwest to northeast side of both hangers are underneath these floors. Hanger 1 has experienced a complete electrical failure in the Northeast Lean to. Unit contracted electrician to investigate and found all three legs feeding the sub panel in the Northeast lean too dead shorted. electrician attempted to pull cable thorough pull box to potentially replace cable, unable to pull cable. Electrician and unit suspect conduit has been crushed by settling floor. Unit is also experiencing sewer issues in hanger 1 requiring a plumber to snake the main lateral under the hanger floor 3 to 4 times a year. Suspect sewer line has settled, with or is being crushed buy floor. Potable water is not affected at this, but suspect will an issue in the future. |
