Requirements Title: CBP/USBP Checkpoint Modernization Portfolio Integration and Mission Support (PIMS)
Description: The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Checkpoint Modernization Program Office (CPMO) has a requirement to modernize interior immigration checkpoints across the southwest border. These facilities are essential to national security, public safety, and mission readiness. The accelerated modernization of USBP check point infrastructure, with a focus on safety, technology, standardization, and operational resilience. Contractor services will include acquisition planning, documentation development, stakeholder coordination, and post-award program management. These services are essential to ensure structured oversight, risk mitigation, and program alignment across a network of independently executed modernization task orders and projects. This contract shall provide a scalable and flexible staffing model to meet the short- to mid-term program needs while ensuring accountability, consistency, and mission-driven outcomes. It is important to note that the Contractor will not perform any inherently governmental activities as outlined in FAR 7.503. The contractor shall provide comprehensive programmatic support services to assist CPMO in the planning, execution, and oversight of a contract vehicle, to include the necessary programmatic activities to ensure the integrated completion of all checkpoint modernization projects. This includes both pre-award acquisition support and post-award program management services across a diverse portfolio of modernization activities.
