| Description: The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Checkpoint Modernization Program Office (CPMO) is executing an effort to modernize interior immigration checkpoints across the southwest border. These facilities are essential to national security, public safety, and mission readiness. To implement this initiative, USBP seeks contract support to serve as a central procurement mechanism for design, construction, refurbishment, and related checkpoint enhancements. While this contractor will serve as the operational contracting platform for the infrastructure projects, the scale and urgency of the program demand a parallel, dedicated support capability to assist CPMO with planning, integrating, and overseeing this mission-critical portfolio. Contractor services will include acquisition planning, documentation development, stakeholder coordination, and post-award program management. This contract provides a scalable, flexible staffing model to meet the short- to mid-term program needs while ensuring accountability, consistency, and mission-driven outcomes. It is important to note that the Contractor will not perform any inherently governmental activities.
