Description: The requirement involves the development, integration, testing, and engineering services necessary to advance Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission systems, platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI) models utilizing Prescient Edge Corporation's (PEC) Decentralized Machine Learning (DML) technology. The resulting data will be transmitted to U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) systems to assess how these enhancements improve the execution of Coast Guard missions. PEC's DML technology was originally developed and tested under multiple Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I initiatives. The tasks outlined in this requirement directly build upon, extend, or complete PEC's SBIR Phase I efforts, which focused on mission system-agnostic AI/machine learning (AI/ML) capabilities to support multi-domain operations.
