| Description: ***This requirement is not planned for FY26. However, there may be a follow-on in early FY27; record will be updated to reflect those changes. Republishing for vendor awareness.*** The Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) is requiring Program Evaluation and Performance Management Services for the Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA). The SRMA Program requires identification and guidelines for assessing the criticality and efficiency/efficacy of the SRMAs and responding to reduce risk to critical infrastructure by coordination through State, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments, Federal Agencies and industry partners. The approaches for completion are various but jointly developed within and among the critical infrastructure sectors and SRMAs. The execution of the Sector Management role depends on the specific sector. It is influenced by external factors such as sector composition and profile, sector landscape, risk management maturity, and regulatory framework. The Sector Management role is also influenced by internal factors such as the type and extent of programs executed by other CISA divisions and CISA Regional Offices that may be more focused on some sectors than others or may have direct or quantifiable benefits in support of the sector. Work will be performed at a combination of the Contractor’s facilities and the Department of Homeland Security at 4200 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia. | |
