FEMA’s Workforce Development Division (WDD) - FEMA Qualification System (FQS) Branch will provide all existing current course material, position related materials, as well as results of the most recent Position Task Books (PTB), and gap analysis as a base for the Contractor’s curriculum development and Instructional Design process planning. | |
