Description: The Office of the Chief Information Officer has a requirement to modernize the Critical Infrastructure Collaboration Platform (CICP) which is a centralized system designed to support CISA’s mission of assessing critical infrastructure, mitigating vulnerabilities, and enhancing national security and resilience. The CICP is critical in providing CISA with the ability to provide critical infrastructure impact analyses, as well as store and manage communication sector data. CICP enables consistent assessment methodologies, robust analytics, and cross-government sharing of infrastructure data to support data-driven decision-making. Requirement The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the CISA Gateway System. The System hosts operational tools used by the agency to understand, respond to, and mitigate infrastructure security risks. The applications are utilized by thousands of external users in State, Local, Territorial and Tribal governments. to assess the physical risks of identified critical infrastructure. In support of Executive Order 13650, these tools facilitate the proper collection of critical infrastructure vulnerabilities, enabling the Agency to effectively advise State, Local, Tribal and Territorial ensuring the agency provides appropriate responses to identified threats.
