The contractor shall design, develop, and implement a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution within the Appian Platform (or an equivalent system) to enhance ICE's booking and data collection processes. The solution shall provide an interactive, guided interface that enables individuals to independently submit biographic, biometric, familial, employment, and other identifying information. Furthermore, the solution must be integrated with ICE's existing systems, including APIs, Kafka queues, and biometric capture devices, to ensure seamless data exchange, efficient processing, and compliance with all applicable security and operational standards. |
