Description: This Task Order provides on-site Contractor customer service support for the USCG's National Maritime Center (NMC) Contact Center. The NMC Contact Center provides mariners with information about credential evaluation or issuance and application status, including clarification on medical waivers, status of safety and suitability determinations, provides answers about mariner application processes, mariner training and assessments, and schedules exam appointments. The purpose of these services is to provide comprehensive customer service for the National Maritime Center, including inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms, such as scheduling online appointments or assisting with self-service options via the NMC website. |
