Requirements Title: Tactical Shooting Course/Program
Description: New requirement in response to operational requirements and newly fielded small arms and ancillary small arms equipment (optics, lights and lasers), USCG DSF units (MSRT & TACLET), and their supporting training centers/detachments must possess an advanced level of combat marksmanship skills with the intrinsic ability to support current and emergent operational contingencies. These specialized units either deploy, or train those who deploy globally in support of geographic combatant commanders as well as domestically in support of homeland security operations/initiatives. As such, these operational and/or training units require outsourced training coupled with internal currency maintenance training cycles in order to meet their highly specialized training requirements and to stay on par with those military or federal L/E partners they operate/train with. These personnel must maintain proficiency with team and individual primary weapon AR series (URG-I carbine) and secondary (Glock 47 MOS) systems and tactics prior to deployment. Contract does not currently exist. The selected contractor will provide advanced combat marksmanship and close quarters combat skills training coupled with the integration of real-world engagement scenarios, stress-induced tactical and use of force decision making drills, and application of weapons mounted ancillary equipment (optics, lights & lasers) to ensure USCG DSF Tactical Operators are prepared for critical missions in high threat environments while meeting USCG training and operational standards.
