| Description: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain expert technical support for the Tungsten MarkView product. This includes 24x7 support for Severity level 1 & 2 issues and on-site support as needed.
The contractor shall provide professional services to assist with planning and preparation of requirements for ingesting new document types, new processes, enhancements, and reporting. This includes support for upgrades (major and minor), configurations, and/or installation of MarkView as well as documentation services. This work includes developing diagrams of the Tungsten system, including server specifications, infrastructure recommendations to maximize throughput efficiency, and a system administrator to understand system usage and any problems or behaviors that require specific inspection to ensure the system is operating at maximum efficiency. This continued work shall ensure Tungsten MarkView SME support can be provided on an as-needed basis determined by the FSMS team for all Tungsten MarkView applications. The Tungsten experts will provide sustainment support on all existing Tungsten products and efforts that have been implemented thus far. The Tungsten support will provide evaluation of end users’ operational use of the system, evaluation of document preparation processes, usage of document separator technology, evaluation of the Tungsten system infrastructure including servers, hardware, and workstations or remote sites, evaluation of exception handling processes and frequent errors that occur. An inspection report defining the results of the services will be delivered. The report will document the areas that require immediate attention, recommendations for architecture and configuration modifications, new product installs, and upgrades to existing products with the intention of reducing costs, improving productivity, streamlining processes, and reducing inefficiencies. |
