| Requirements Title: Repair North Stairwell Yeaton Hall |
| Description: This requirement includes all work, including all equipment, materials, labor and supervision, necessary to repair the North Stairwell of Yeaton Hall, to include the removal and abatement of asbestos containing sealants from the exterior brick facade and at the perimeter window and door openings, preparation of existing painted surfaces, all painted surfaces are considered to be lead containing paint. The removal of brick to complete brick repairs at step cracks and to replace steel lintels as indicated. Existing brick shall be salvaged for reuse to the greatest extent possible. Brick must be reinstalled to match the existing brick coursing and mortar joint patterns with restoration mortar as specified. Removal and replacement of the exterior hollow metal door, frame and hardware, perimeter sealants and the painting of exterior hollow metal doors and wood windows as indicated. |
