| Requirements Title: Janitorial, Custodial Services, and Indoor Firing Range Facility Maintenance |
| Description: Janitorial and Custodial Services: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, materials, and equipment (unless otherwise specified) to ensure the facilities are clean, neat, and professionally maintained. Vacuum and shampoo carpets, sweep floors, wax floors. remove trash, dust, clean glass and spot clean, supply toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
Indoor Firing Range Facility Maintenance: The Contractor shall ensure safe and reliable operation of the indoor shooting range which includes all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, materials, and equipment. Routine facility and HAZMAT maintenance, including inspection, cleaning, and disposal of hazardous waste. Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Units (ACU), which include intake pre-filters, supply filters (pre-filter and primary), and return air filters (primary and HEPA). Filter replacement is based on system-monitored airflow, usage factors. Maintenance of a waste round extraction system with a Dust Collection Unit (DCU), which includes fine particle filters, a particulate matter drum, HEPA exhaust filters, and a waste round barrel. Filter maintenance follows the same monitoring and replacement criteria as above.
