| Requirements Title: ServiceNow PlatCore Learning Management System Prototype |
| Description: The scope of this effort includes licenses and implementation services to accomplish the following use cases:
1. Installation and configuration of the PlatCore LMS and supporting modules as necessary within the FEMA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) ServiceNow sub-prod sandbox environment.
2. Demonstration of the ability to create a standardized National Disaster and Emergency Management University (NDEMU) curriculum and associated SCORM file and xAPI interface as an on-demand record.
3. Demonstration of the ability to securely connect to NDEMU’s existing training network stored on Akamai Content Delivery Network (CDN).
4. Demonstration of a simulated process for an external user to register for and be provisioned an account to access training materials.
5. Registration for a course using an internal-facing registration process to prove the concept that an external user could register for a course.
6. Demonstration that an end user can access, view, and complete a training. This includes examples of static presentations and dynamic video content.
7. Creation of a record of a completed training that can be viewed by both internal users and the external end user.
The scope of this prototype is limited to only the use cases above. Meeting the scope as described above does not imply or compel any future actions, activities, or projects. The full extent of the prototype is proving out the use cases expressed, in the PlatCore LMS, in a sub-production environment, and does not extend to continued services once the term of the prototype has elapsed or in environments beyond the sub-prod environment. |
