Requirements Title: Audiovisual Enterprise Services BPA
Description: This requirement is for a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Contractor shall assist the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Operations Portfolio with maintaining and modernizing FEMA’s Information Technology and Audiovisual (IT/AV) infrastructure to ensure continuous availability and operational readiness in support of 29 workspaces located in 18 geographically separated locations. The scope of this BPA is to provide maintenance support, procurement, installation, replacement of components that are no longer serviceable, and warranty support. This also includes, but is not limited to, equipment, components, hardware, software, connectivity, cabling, programming, removal of old equipment from workspaces, packaging components for shipment, and labor services for all systems to be maintained under this BPA. The scope of this BPA encompasses the following key areas: • Contractor Staffing Support: Provision of qualified personnel to support various Audio-Visual (AV) initiatives. • Design/Engineering: Development of innovative and practical solutions for AV system enhancements, ensuring alignment with FEMA’s enterprise architecture. • Installation and Programming: Execution of installation services and programming, including Crestron systems, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AV components. • Maintenance Support Services: Ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the reliability, stability, and security of FEMA’s AV infrastructure.
