| Description: The C5I Services Center (C5ISC), Communication Product Line intends to award a task order to the C5ISC Engineering, Development, Integration, and Support Services (CEDISS) IDIQ for IT development labor services for the depot level maintenance, to include ongoing enhancements and adaptive maintenance, of the Communication Station Automation System (CSAS). Following the M4130 C5ISC Configuration Change Management Policy and utilizing agile development methodologies, the contractor shall provide labor services for the design and development of ongoing enhancements or adaptive maintenance projects (AMPs), and operation, maintenance, and optimization of CSAS.
The requirements of this contract will require work to be performed at the following locations:
a. Alexandria, VA (primary)
b. C5ISC, Portsmouth, VA
c. Communication Command (COMMCOM), Chesapeake, VA, including Pungo, VA.
d. COMMCOM Detachment Kodiak
e. Remote Communications Facility (RCF) Pt Reyes, CA, including Bollinas, CA
f. RCF Boston, MA
g. RCF Miami, FL
h. RCF New Orleans, LA
i. RCF Honolulu, HI
j. Note: COMMCOM and most of the RCF’s and COMMCEN’s have geographically separate transmit and receive facilities. The contractor would be required to work at both facilities at each RCF and COMMCOM. |
