| Description: The Contractor shall provide services, materials, equipment, supplies, facilities necessary to perform document management, and transcription services for Courts-Martial, depositions, and other legal proceedings, including verbatim transcriptions of audio-recorded Sessions of Court and audio or video recorded witness interviews in
accordance with all applicable service regulations, Rules of Court, R.C.M., and the UCMJ. The Contractor must be able to provide a certified a verbatim transcript
and be knowledgeable in military Courts-Martial procedures and rules as detailed in the applicable service regulations, Rules of Court, R.C.M., and the UCMJ. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, software, hardware, facilities and services, in order to perform and fulfill all requirements under this contract.
The digital transcription records will be delivered to the Government in a digital PDF and Microsoft Word format via electronic mail utilizing the e-mail addresses to be provided by the Government. |
