| Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD) Capacity Building (CB) subdivision requires a Threat Intelligence Enterprise Services (TIES) Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence (CTI) Platform to receive Authorization to Operate (ATO) and to continue into Operation and Sustainment. The contractor shall support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) accreditation activities to ensure a comprehensive assessment and/or evaluation of the CTI Platform's policies, technical/non-technical security components, documentation, supplemental safeguards, and vulnerabilities.
