The PRISM system, implemented as the Enterprise PRISM Instance (EPI) within OCPO, has operated at DHS since 2004. PRISM EPI is utilized by the following procurement offices: Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). |
