| Description: The scope of this effort includes services necessary to meet the objectives of the CDOD, and to achieve the goals and objectives contained in the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act, Federal Data Strategy, and the DHS Enterprise Data Strategy. CDOD support services are the combination of functions and activities that leverage data science, data governance, data strategy, and data architecture capabilities to create defined outputs and processes, policies or strategy. Data management capabilities include the essential skills, methods, standards, tools, knowledge, and processes needed to handle data effectively. All support services provided must comply with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), Section 508, and the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act and similar federal requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for assisting CDOD in providing professional support services to meet the objectives contained in the Evidence Act, Federal Data Strategy and the DHS Enterprise Data Strategy. |
