| Requirements Title: TARS PMO SUPPORT SERVICES |
| Description: The contractor shall provide technical and program management support services to DAPS program management office. The contractor shall provide personnel with requisite experience and expertise in Program and Acquisition, Logistics, Finance, Network Communications and Security, Interagency Coordination and Risk Management, Data Analytics Support, etc. Support shall include, but not limited to:
* Provide senior expert level support in developing acquisition strategies and plans for AMO programs, including TARS, TAS, PWAAS, TMSS, MAST, AST-M, and others that may be assigned to the DAPS portfolio with a focus on managing the various procurement activities necessary for these systems,
* Provide senior level expert support to optimize acquisition strategies and funding mechanisms for AMO programs. This includes analyzing existing funding structures, identifying gaps, and developing proposals for dedicated funding lines to address both current and future requirements.
* Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, such as long-range radars (LRR), AI/ML applications, LightWave radars, and passive bi-static radar, among others to address evolving threats and operational needs,
* Provide senior-level technical and logistical support across all phases of the system lifecycle to support multi-domain DAPS systems that are in various phases of development, deployment, and maintenance,
* Provide expertise in supporting robust network communication strategies and security protocols to enhance DAPS operations,
* Provide risk management, risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) to identify, assess, plan, and response for both programmatic and operational activities,
* Provide expertise in data analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across DAPS Directorate
