| Description: The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Policy, Plans, and Engagement’s (PPE) Operational Readiness, Policy Management and Analysis Division’s (OR-PMA) Economics Analysis Branch (EAB) is seeking contracting support for the regulatory and economic analysis work. The contractor's scope of services includes management and support of the rulemaking program for TSA throughout the process cycle. This includes such tasks as research and analysis; regulatory support; public comment support; technical writing; group facilitation, economic analysis; database development and management; surveys; and project management, which are necessary to support the TSA's rulemaking agenda. The contractor’s scope also includes providing multi-disciplinary services to assist in supporting TSA’s economic and analytical requirements. This includes such tasks as, but are not limited to, economic modeling and report development, creating and maintaining large databases, utilizing BI software, and conducting scientific surveys. The Contractor provides all personnel, equipment, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the required support services for the EAB programs. |
