| Requirements Title: Continuous Vetting Analytics Support Services (CVAS) Enterprise Security Forms System (eSFS) |
| Description: Service support to include but are not limited to enhancements, break-fixes, patching, defects, and security related work of the current CVAS and eSFS systems. It is the Government’s intention to continually pursue improvements to processes and practices, which will result in meeting mission requirements at the lowest possible cost. Support shall partner with the Government to pursue process improvements by evaluating existing processes and recommending improvements.
The Government intends to develop and maintain features that support the Department’s ability to remain in compliance with TW 2.0 directives and Executive Orders. Additionally, the Government intends to support ongoing requirements associated the latest Executive Order 14170 for reducing the time-to-onboard personnel within the government.
Service support shall be aware that the Government and other contractors are engaged in similar and supporting work of UEBA, which will require close cooperation. Contractors are expected to form a cohesive team with all OCSO and CVAS UEBA team members to include the Government and other contractors by fostering transparency and information sharing for successful task execution. |
