Description: The scope of this task order is to support the in the invoice collection, historical invoice management, performance analysis, reporting/compliance and the import/export of quality data sets within multiple data management systems. FEMA’s I&I energy program is transitioning how the agency is collecting, managing, reporting and defining/funding cost effective projects. Key to this transitioning, is the development of the energy module within the Workplace Services platform (formerly Tririga), which will become the agency leading system to manage all the energy program’s activities to include but not limited to compliance reporting, utility invoice management, energy assessments, performance tracking, visualization of energy consumption patterns and optimization of energy usage across the agency portfolio of assets. Current discussions with FEMA’s third-party vendor are currently underway to determine the layout, function, and design of the module, and is in the beginning stages of its development. The vendor is expected to collaborate with FEMA’s energy program manager and the 3rd party vendor to ensure the import data from multiple energy data systems; and shall provide all project oversite, resources needed help facilitate the buildout of the energy module. To accomplish these tasks necessitates in-depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of facility asset for energy management and sustainability, to include an understanding of resilience as it applies to the overall function of a facility or campus setting. |
