| Description: This is a new requirement. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), has a range of responsibilities that require a strategic approach to recruiting and workforce planning. As the agency continues to grow, the need for recruitment in the social network arena has expanded and maintaining a high-quality workforce has become a challenge. These challenges have demanded a change in recruitment approaches and activities.
The strategic objective of this procurement is to ensure the agency’s workforce is capable of meeting future staffing needs, retaining the current workforce, and obtaining the best skills to support the agency’s mission. ICE has a requirement for a platform that improves recruiter’s productivity, social reach, communication times and overall efficiency in the recruitment process. The platform will streamline data collection from candidates, provides automation to the recruiting process, target highly qualified candidates with specific skillsets who are interested in law endowment, and help create unique and engaging recruitment post thought highlighting careers at Homeland Security Investigations. |
