Description: **UPDATE: CANCELLED** **Note Contract Status: No Longer Required** The United States Secret Service has a requirement to procure services to provide assistance with analyzing the operational assessment data from the assessment and selection components of the agency’s merit promotional processes (MPPs) for its law enforcement job categories – Special Agents, Uniformed Division, and Technical Law Enforcement personnel. The Contractor shall apply appropriate data analytic techniques and strategies, in order to assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of the assessments used, the process for selecting candidates for promotion, and to assess overall vulnerabilities to potential litigation. The Contractor shall make recommendations for and perform supplemental data analytic approaches and testing alternatives, where applicable, based on the outcome and findings of the initial analyses. The Contractor shall assist the Secret Service in ascertaining the cause and impact of the findings, and make recommendations for enhancements, where applicable. In addition, the contractor shall conduct similar analyses on USSS's entry level assessments. The contractor will report results via oral briefings and in written technical reports. | |
