| Description: CBP's Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) has a requirement to obtain RelativityOne Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licenses, storage, and legal hold custodian accounts. OCC is also interested in adding one or more RelOne aIR products: aIR for Review, aIR for Privilege, and aIR for Case Strategy. RelativityOne is a software review tool that enables the user to review documents for responsiveness, mark for privilege, and redact sensitive information. CBP is currently using RelativityOne Software-as-a-Service products which is the industry software standard for legal needs and is used heavily by other Government Agencies such as Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The software also offers an automated litigation hold option, in which attorneys can send litigation holds directly from RelativityOne to custodians, and RelativityOne will track all responses, send reminders, and print data reports for use in court.
