| Description: The primary objective of this acquisition is to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for RAPID IT O&M Support Services that will enable RAPID, through the ITDMD to accomplish its mission “to enhance and maintain IT infrastructure; develop and enhance key systems to support operating programs; increase efficiencies and cooperation across FEMA’s divisional and regional lines.”
The Call Orders issued under the BPA will be designed to acquire Information Technology and Data Support Services and will be written against the eight (8) functional areas and one (1) program support area. Requirements include updating and maintaining the current hardware infrastructure (including lifecycle replacement) and software platforms, deploying code and upgrades to RAPID’s major systems, and management of the telecommunications solutioning. Staffing of the Risk MAP Program and Product support will also be within the scope of the Call Orders.
The Contractor shall perform full?scope administration, management, and configuration, security patching, upgrades and optimization of FEMA tools, devices and application systems, servers. The software support and administration applies to commercial products, operating systems, browsers, and productivity software. The software support and administration also includes custom developed software, Government-Off-the-Shelf software (GOTS), etc. The Contractor(s) shall adhere to the work hours defined in the individual Call Order. |
