| Description: This requirement is for operations and maintenance (O&M) support services for the LeadTrac application for the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Counter Threat Lead Development (CTLD). The mission of the Counter Threat Lead Development (CTLD) Unit proactively scrutinizes known or suspected terrorists and their associates, identifies terrorist criminal enterprises, and prevents terrorists and other criminals from exploiting the nation's immigration system and the student visa system. CTLD focuses its efforts on identifying and prioritizing, for enforcement action, nonimmigrant visa holders who violate their immigration status. CTLD comprises three sections: the Strategic Targeting Group (STG), SEVIS Fraud Investigations (SFI), and Intelligence Support Group (ISG). LeadTrac’s primary function is to track non-immigrant status violators, generate leads to the field and capture statistics. The system contains approximately 12 million leads and adds approximately 3,000 per day. Approximately 100 analysts and reviewers use LeadTrac daily to process leads. The current solution is a hybrid solution that provides a data storage in the cloud and a user interface via a desktop client application. |
