| Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Preparedness Directorate (NPD), National Training and Education Division (NTED), First Responder Training System (FRTS) presents this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the expressed purpose to procure Application Development and Integration Services and associated Application Development infrastructure support.
The scope of the services provided by the contractor under this PWS will include the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management support for the FRTS and all of its components. This shall include at a minimum, but not limited to, support for change requests (major or minor), resolution to defects, adhoc tasks, reporting, assistance with end user support (Tier 3 helpdesk support), documenting the system and support in accordance with deliverable schedules for the contract, support during User Acceptance Testing and Independent Verification and Validation testing, security activities and tasks, Production Delivery Change Requests (data or system changes), Releases to Test environments and Production (Periodic scheduled, emergency, patches and/or service packs, enhancements and/or sustainment activities (or releases) that reduce operational and maintenance or lower security risk through mitigation, and assist in addressing documentation that supports security changes, maintaining an Authority to Operate (ATO), and remediation plans (security). |
